Cpro is utterly worthless to me. Why? The equalizer is utterly disabled when it is active. Trying to register on the forums for the plugin is also useless
as it requires a password I will never remember and therefor cannot register.
Sadly, this plugin has broken winamp and the extreme difficulty in getting technical help for this problem makes the situation even more frustrating. This site will not even let me correct a typo in my name, for example. Unless this problem is corrected (and quickly) I cannot an will not recommend this plugin to user who ask.

Hi there

Dont think I understand what the problem is.

Cpro dont require you to register to download it, just if you want to post in the [link] you'll need to register.

As for the plugin braking Winamp... Your instalation probably got broken.
Best suggestion would be to go to your:
%appdata%/Winamp directory and deleting "studio.xnf" (just close winamp before you do and wait 10secs)
If the above still dont solve your problem maybe delete Winamp.ini in the same folder too.
Also make sure you have the latest version of cpro and winamp.
